In case of failure of the item, as soon as we receive it, we will examine the problem to see if it is possible to repair or replace it with a new item.
In the event of any error change in the shipment, or request for change by customer's mistake, we will examine that the shipped item is in perfect condition and ship the new item.


If the mistake is ours by mistake in the model, color, size... we will take care of any expenses, both return and forwarding to the customer.
If the error is the customer by confusion at the time of purchase, in the model, color, size... both the return costs to us, and the costs of shipping the new item, will be borne by the buyer.
In case of any problem with an item with manufacturing defect we will take care of all expenses within the first 15 days, after those days, the buyer will take care of the return costs and we will take care of the costs of forwarding to the customer.


All our items have a 2-year warranty, any item replaced by a new one within that warranty will be 6 months after the customer receives such item.
